Your mood data is securely synced to your private iCloud Drive account using Apple's CloudKit.
This data is only accessible by you and is never shared with the app developer or third parties.

3. Analytics & Tracking

Soul Journal does not use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising SDKs.

4. App Permissions

Notifications: If enabled, Soul Journal may send daily reminders to log your mood.
iCloud Access: If enabled, your data will be backed up to your iCloud account for recovery across devices.

📱 Getting Started

1. Logging Your Mood

Tap the “+” button on the top right of the home screen to log your current mood.
Choose from five mood levels ranging from Extremely sad to Extremely happy.
Add a personal note or journal entry to reflect more deeply.

2. Viewing Past Entries

Tap on “History” to browse your past mood logs on the calendar.
Each mood log is color-coded for easy navigation.

3. Personal Insights

The Home screen gives you a recent mood summary chart.
Tap a mood entry to view or update your notes (or delete the entry).

🔔 Reminders & Notifications

Set up daily reminders to check in with yourself:

Go to Settings > Mood Reminder and choose your preferred time.
You can toggle the reminder on or off anytime.

💡 Tips for Using Soul Journal

Be consistent: Try logging your mood daily—even brief notes add value.
Use it your way: There's no wrong way to journal. One word or one paragraph, it's all progress.
Privacy first: All your data is stored on your device, with optional iCloud sync for backup.
